Гатино (Gatineau) - capital of administrative region Outaouais.
The city of Gatino is located on northern coast of river Outaouais opposite to Ottawa. It is created in 2002 from five separate cities of Quebec: Hull, Gatineau, Aylmer, Buckingham, and Masson-Angers. Though Hull till now it is considered the main city of this region. The population of 245 thousand persons, speaks 84 % of the population in French.
Because of affinity to capital of Canada in a city there is a considerable quantity of official bodies. High-rise office buildings occupy central part Hull.
