Бимини

"Ernest Hemingueja's islands" lay between island Andros and southern coast of Florida, all in 80 km to the east of Miami. Group Bimini has only 26 sq. km of the area, and its islands absolutely flat because of what them often compare to a flounder. The North-bimini often named simply Бимини, has 11 km at length and no more 366 m at width. To the south, separated passage the in width of 137 m, lays Sauz-Bimini - small and actually uninhabited piece of a land. Islands are well-known for the sea fishing - ваху, the tuna, a sailing vessel, a shark мако, a barracuda, and, the main local sight, dark blue марлин and сарган here are caught. Also in these fertile waters flights of the dolphins who have been very friendly set up to people are grazed.

The capital of this tiny island group - the Elis-town, also is considered one of the most well-known cities on the Bahamas. Sung Хемингуэем, the city continues to remain till now fishing capital to Bugs, whose numerous hotels and landing stages provide thousand fishermen and tourists with dialogue with Great Ocean. The Elis-town has set of the well-known fishing clubs and resorts. Most known of them - Komplit-engler-hotel where Хемингуэй also has written the well-known novel "to Have and not to have". Now here there is a meeting of memorable things of the writer, including rare photos of the author. Are not less known the Bimini-big-game-fishing-klab, Bimini-beat-gest-house and Bimini-Blju-Vater-Resort (here, in a cottage "Anchorage" also worked Хемингуэй).
