Cajamarca

The city of Cajamarca is at height of 2720 m above sea level. This magnificent magnificence of greens which you survey from above, is capable to fill with the force and beauty silently. 

The history of Cajamarca leaves the roots during an epoch before-inkov. Besides all it, it is a city in which were born Carlos Castaneda and Хорхе Гонсалес. This small town is located in very beautiful and picturesque mountain valley. The agriculture is here very well developed. Hardly you drive off from the centre of this mountain small town, on rich pastures happy well-fad cows, lambs, llamas, pigs, geese and other living creatures are grazed. The people are dressed up in the national suits and straw wide-brimmed hats. Quite often here it was possible to see group of women in the straw hats and the bright multi-coloured skirts sitting on a high green hill, and engaged in work habitual for them: wool spinning, knitting or weaving. They choose very beautiful places for the employment as if filling by surrounding beauty gives them inspiration and allows to transfer this beauty on the things weaved and connected by them. Spinning and weaving secrets are transferred here from generation to generation: from mother to the daughter.

Here there are also well-known on all Peru thermal sources Banos de Inca (Баньос де Инка) or Купальницы Инки. Temperature of water with special mineral structure of +70 degrees. In due time, Инка Атауальпа very much loved these natural baths. In this pool инка daily made ablution together with wives. Well and we, of course, not примянули to test action of their mineral waters on ourselves. As Хорхе Гонсалес, having learnt that we go to Cajamarca, recommended to us to visit them every day. After these a miracle – baths, we each time went to massage salon which is now in territory of these thermal baths where our improved and rejuvenated bodies, indulged still большему релаксу, under skilled hands of the local Peruvian masseur.

You will be amazed with one place under name Cumbemayo (Кумбемайо). There is it in 22 km on the southwest from Cajamarca, in a province Dignity Пабло, and 1 hour of driving on the car. It is said that this complex has arisen in development of culture Чавин. This place conceals in itself extraordinary mystical force and natural beauty. Still it name an ancient natural archaeological complex. Not clearly whence the undertaken huge blocks of stones. The such wood of stones located in any unknown human to mind an order, is capable to cause unusual conditions of consciousness. It is said that here spend rituals of White Magic local курандеро. On sensations, here it is very pleasant to come and indulge in meditations and contemplation. As if atmosphere of this place has. In the same place there is also an aqueduct (irrigation canal) of an epoch before-inkov, hidden in a rock, a sanctuary with петроглифами and ceremonial altars (placed on aqueduct territory).

Is in Cajamarca, by the way, and other place where брухо (sorcerers) for carrying out of the general rituals usually gather. But there we for a long time were not late, and have only passed by.
