A catfish - unique lawful payment means for territories of the Kirghiz Republic though in practice US dollars and euro accept for payment or even demand at payment of hotels or at the organisation треккинга and high-mountainous ascensions. In the markets accept the Russian roubles and currencies of the next Central Asian republics.
Banks work from 9 to 17 from Monday till Friday, the day off - Saturday and Sunday.
The currency can be exchanged at offices of banks, in changes (work usually round the clock) and in many shops. To an exchange the Chinese yuans and other kinds of currencies are accepted not only the American dollars and euro, but also and English pounds sterling, the Russian roubles, the Kazakh tenges, Uzbek сумы. To exchange currency it is more preferable in capital - in a province a course a little bit more low.
