On January, 7th - orthodox Christmas.
December-January - Kurman-Ajt.
On March, 8th - the International women's day.
On March, 21st - Наврус or Нооруз (the Kirghiz New year).
On May, 1st - the International day of work.
On May, 5th - the Constitution day.
On May, 9th - Day of the Victory.
On August, 31st - Independence Day or Erkin-Kunu.
October-November - Orozo-Ajt (Эйд Al-Fitr, termination Рамадана).

Киргизстан it is not too rich on celebratory actions. Spring festival Navrus (Nooruz-Bajram, Islamic New year) - one of the most favourite holidays of the country. Наврус is adaptation of a pre-Islamic holiday of a spring equinox or celebratings of updating of the nature, celebrated in day of a spring equinox (on March, 21st), and it is usually accompanied by the traditional musical and dancing competitions, traditional games, street representations and colourful fairs (the holiday passes 2 days).

Holiday Orozo-Ajt (Эйд Al-Fitr, a holiday of termination Рамадана) is marked 3 days in the end of sacred month Рамадан. These days it is accepted to visit, give gifts and to endow the deprived. After approximately 70 days after termination Рамадана mark Kurman-Ajt (Ид al-Adha or Эйд Ul-Aza) in which course visit tombs of ancestors, make sacrifices and spend celebratory feasts for all relatives and deprived.
